What this site knows, and what you control.
Two places on this site handle personal information: booking hours, and a conversation with the digital twin that turns into a project request. Nothing else here collects anything about you. This notice is written to meet Quebec's Law 25.

What is collected
Booking hours records the email address you sign up with and the one sentence of scope you choose to write. The card itself is handled by Stripe and never reaches this site. A conversation that becomes a project request records the name, email, and company you give, and the content of that conversation — the problem, scope, budget signals, and timeline you describe. Nothing personal is stored until you ask for something that needs it.

Why it is collected
Solely to do the work: to deliver the hours you bought, to follow up on a request, to prepare for a call, and to decide whether and how to take a project on. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to build profiles. It is not used to make any automated decision about you.

How long it is kept
Only as long as needed. Requests that go cold or are declined are automatically purged after 90 days of inactivity. Active engagements are kept until the work concludes or you ask for the data to be deleted — whichever comes first. Billing records are kept only as long as tax law requires.

Your rights — access and deletion
You can ask, at any time, to see what is held, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it permanently deleted. Email and everything tied to your address — name, contact, scope, and full transcript — is erased, with no questions asked.
